I have been involved in Martial Arts for over 25 years as a student first and now an instructor. I am Chief Instructor of Silat Lincah in the British Silat Association and also run the Lobo Academy of Malaysian Martial Arts in the Stopsley area of Luton.

I have been holding classes in Ramridge Primary School for many years on Thursdays and have recently expanded to include classes at Stopsley Working Mens Club on Mondays. Both classes start at 7pm and finish at 8.30 for beginners and 9.30 for the advanced students.

My classes do not have any restrictions on age, hug or ability, everybody is welcome.
I teach hand and foot drills,stances,defence moves and also include a cardio vascular workout and some kick boxing. All of the above willhelp build self confidence and increase your overall fitness.
