Marianne Marston
Marianne, who is also a Professional Boxer as well as a Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist, specialises in preparing athletes for competition by creating specific conditioning regimes as well as developing training and pre-competition nutritional programmes designed to increase performance, stamina and endurance.
TIME OUT MAGAZINE - "LONDON'S BEST PERSONAL TRAINER"
Time Out Magazine researched and compiled a list of London's Best Personal Trainers in five specialised fitness areas. Time Out Magazine then selected just the best in each area for inclusion in their January 2010 issue and on publication Marianne was listed as the best 'Boxing & Circuits' trainer.

Marianne's One-2-One personal sessions are tailored to your individual needs, whether you are looking to learn to box, improve your boxing technique, or simply want to get into peak shape.
Marianne's One-2-One sessions are a true professional boxing workout which includes many of the techniques, exercises and boxing drills that top flight sportsmen and women use in their training and competition preparations.
As the One-2-One personal training sessions are tailored to your individual needs by Marianne they are suitable for all regardless of fitness level.
GROUP BOXING FITNESS CLASSES
Marianne has created an all new Boxing based fitness class for women.
Whilst these women's only classes are for beginners and intermediates please don't go thinking this is just another 'wimpy' boxercise class like those at the local fitness clubs, these are the real deal and incorporate various aspects of the 'Concrete Jungle' conditioning techniques as used by Professional Boxing's 'Trainer of the Year' Nazeem Richardson when preparing his famous charges such as Bernard 'The Executioner' Hopkins, 'Sugar' Shane Mosley, Steve 'USS' Cunningham etc. for championship honours
The ladies boxing classes, which are one hour in duration, comprise of serious conditioning and cardio work combined with real boxing technique and drill sessions. The classes are designed to improve overall fitness levels as well as sculpt and tone your figure fast.

NUTRITION
Being both gluten and casein intolerant Marianne, who holds a B.Sc (Hons) in microbiology, has studied all forms of nutrition, with specific emphasis on alternative dietary needs for those suffering with food intolerencies and allergies.
Being an active sportwoman herself Marianne then expanded her research and study to sports nutrition for maximum performance, stamina and endurance.
