Neil Shaw

Sensei Neil Shaw has studied Ki Aikido as a member of the Ki Federation of Great Britain for 18 years and has been awarded the grade of Black Belt 5th Dan.

Ki Aikido is suitable for men and women of all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities. Whether you are a complete beginner, you have practiced something else before or are a visiting Ki Federation member, Derby Ki Aikido Club will make you welcome and teach you to your own level. All classes are taught by a qualified Ki Federation Teacher or Assistant Teacher.

Feel free to come and watch a class to see first-hand what it is like and how it is taught. Please arrive in plenty of time, so that the teacher can introduce you to what you are about to see; and please make enough time to watch the whole lesson. There is a short break in the middle of the class during which, we will be happy to answer any questions about what you have seen and about the club in general.

To find us either drive or use the lift stairwell or lift itself to the top floor of the car park. Access to the Sports Centre is from the top of the stairwell. Turn right as you enter the centre, the door to the Dojo is on the left immediately after the refreshment shop.)

Mondays
7.00pm to 7.20pm – General Practice
7.30pm to 9.30pm – Adult Class

Dan Grade Classes are held once a month on a Sunday 10.30 – 12.30
