Group Classes
Tai chi and Qigong
Classes teaching simple qigong movements and Chen Style Tai Chi. You will learn the first part of the Laojia with access to online support materials.
Excelling in easy to follow explanations of body movement and how to tune into allowing the energy to flow through your tai chi practice. Bringing softness into your movements. Each class builds on the knowledge gained to develop a more substantial body presence and balance within you.
As with tai chi, students find they make more significant progress week by week as they learn that the mind's natural state is quiet and unassuming. Each class works on the skill level of the participants and will bring out a sense of joy and celebration.
