I've been teaching Alexander Technique since '92 and come from a background in theatre and education.
I am the resident Alexander Tutor in the theatre BA and MA courses at the Arts Educational London School, Chiswick.
I work privately from my teaching rooms in Old Street, often with those who have back pain or RSI brought on by postural problems, or all comers who are interested in exploring the profound change of consciousness that Alexander brings.
I do corporate work for postural, RSI, stress, and back pain prevention and presentation skills.I worked regularly at BACS, and did an RSI project for Standard Chartered Bank and Reuters.
I mentor other newly qualified AT teachers, am visiting trainer on a number of AT schools and workshop leader at international AT congresses.
During the summer I teach AT on a Greek Island and run summer courses there, when not playing guitar, walking the dog and snorkelling.

I have also been influenced by NLP, Accelerated Learning, Reiki (initiate 2nd degree), Tai Chi, Feldenkrais and the Japanese Tea Ceremony.
