I became involved with Reiki and Meditation about 11 years ago after a car accident left me with a severe neck and back injury.I found that both Reiki and Meditation relieved my pain and the Reiki healed the pain completely. I then went on to learn Reiki and qualified as a Reiki Master Teacher 7 years ago. I also have a Crystal Healing diploma, a Diploma in Psychic Development and a diploma in Past life Regression Therapy. I attained the advanced diploma in Past Life regression in 2011 and also the diploma in past life energy healing.
I am a qualified Nurse and have the ENB 998 Teaching and Assessing certificate. I also spent many years in medical sales and marketing.
I did the PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Life Long Learning Sector) in June 2009 and teach Usui Reiki to all levels. I also teach Beginners and Intermediate Meditation courses, Reiki Meditation, an Introduction to Crystals and Crystal Healing and Reiki with Crystals. I also run a Mentorship programme for my Reiki 2 students to give them the extra support they need to be able to work as Reiki Practitioners. This programme runs over a 6 month period and includes Reiki with Crystals, reiki Meditation, Communication skills and Managing your own Business. These workshops may also be attended as stand alone workshops

In 2011 I connected on a deep level with the Angelic realm and now run Angel workshops.

I am also the author of 'Reiki a Pathway to Self' and am about to launch a book on meditation.
