I'm a meditation teacher and awareness facilitator.
I work with people in groups, facilitating Yoga Nidra and other forms of meditation and awareness exercises, as well as one-on-one online.
The basic premise of my work is: You are already whole, you don't need fixing, you just need reminding of the fact that you're whole.
