I have been practicing Yang Style Tai Chi for over twenty years. I have found Tai Chi helps relieve stress, builds stamina, increases your flexibility and helps balance. It is said to burn off more calories than surfing and nearly as many as downhill skiing.
I am a member of the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain, Chinese Internal Arts Association, British Martial Arts Association.
I also practice the Five Animal Qigong Exercises and the Eight Brocades as recommended by the Chinese Health Qigong Association. These are ancient Chinese health practices that coordinate breathing patterns with movement to maintain and improve health.
I also teach, Single Fan, Broadsword, Eight Immortal Flute Bang Stick.
I also have a martial arts background from my youth.
