We have built a professional training studio for the practice & study of martial arts and self defence.
The studio is a spacious 3000 sq.ft plus, with ample room for empty hand & weapons training.
We also offer the studio for hire for the purpose of gradings, dance and yoga.
Restrictions:
Based upon the second floor, we have NO access to a lift!
