Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction: Less Stress, More life
Group-based courses don't suit everyone, so our one-to-one courses are a very effective way to learn mindfulness. Working face to face with Marianne or Terry, at our home, by phone or by skype, we can tailor our sessions according to your needs and your timetable. However we work you will receive all the elements of a standard eight-week course in mindfulness-based stress management - with accompanying CDs and a comprehensive workbook.
Clases last between an hour and one and a half hours, and will normally take place once a week, though we can be as flexible as your schedule demands.
