Yoga for achieving goals in life

Have a goal or an unfulfilled need, unsure on which direction to take, are feeling the stress or looking to work your body and mind?
A yoga one to one allows any barriers to fulfilling needs to come to the surface and understand what changes are needed for the goal to manifest.
Yoga is all about aligning your unique qualities with what you do. Your physical symptoms, thoughts, words, actions and behaviour give clues to what it is you need.
To support your goal being achieved the relationship you have with everything around you is taken into consideration, and what if any changes are required in order for your goal to manifest. This allows the goal to be aligned with everything you do in day-to-day life so that you merge with the intention of the practise.
The tools and techniques are varied but are based around working with the physical movement, the mind, your energy and the heart of who you are.
Output: a personal and unique practice to bring into your life that supports the manifestation of your goal. It requires commitment and time but works with the life that you lead.
Time allowance: 2.5 hours for the initial session plus two 30 minutes follow up calls to provide the support required. The first to ensure the practice given is clear and a second one month later to ensure you are moving in the right direction and making progress.
Thereafter 1 to 1.5 hour session are available as follow up sessions to support the ongoing fulfilment of the goal or goals.
