How to recognise when your relationship may be in trouble

There are four stages that a relationship goes through when it starts to go wrong and by recognising what they are you are more able to make changes to what’s going on and be able to do something about it before it’s too late.

    1. Disillusionment / discontentment

Tai Chi Wisdom at Tai Chi Caledonia

The 5 Section Yang Style curriculum was devised to enable students to learn the basics of a range of Tai Chi subjects in a shorter amount of time. The first form is an empty hand form and has only 20 movements rather than the 108 of the Traditional Long Form. Students then progress to a Two-Person Applications Form which allows them to understand the purpose of Tai Chi as a Martial Art. next comes Tai Chi sword, fun and elegantly beautiful it is also great to practice the Two-Pweerson Sword Form and enjoy this art with someone else.

Music Listening is a Viable Option to Lower Blood Pressure

Music therapy is based on the associative and cognitive powers of the mind. In Indian classical music, the mind and the body are seen as a whole where music is the link that brings about balances. Different sound and different sequences of notes produce specific frequencies that influence and vibrate different cells of our bodies in varying proportions, which effectively change consciousness to promote health.

To some people, listening to music may just be a hobby, but to people with high blood pressure (hypertension), it could be a way to help them lower their blood pressure.

    Recent links

So I have decided to document all the things that I learn about major home improvement on this website. SoE makes it pretty easy to use links, put up pics and other things that will help me make a great tutorial for people looking to "Do-it-yerself" with their own homes.

First, I need to explain that the links to sites that I have put up so far (Bellevue Roofing Contractor and
Seattle General Contractor) are not schools or educational sites, they are actual businesses.

    Roofing

This is a roofing company that will be helping me with my roof, and at the same time, I've set it up to learn from them while they do it.

I decided not to tackle the project of my roof by myself, simply because of the height of it (we're in a two story house), and the fact that I don't want to screw anything up and end up with a crappy looking roof.

    Seattle General Contractors

Before I started at SoE, I was actually just calling around getting price quotes and asking for individual lists of supplies so I could try to figure out all that was needed. This is a link to a friendly general contractor company in Seattle. They are willing to give quotes and possibly advice if you are nice enough to them:
