    Taking some time for contemplation

We all find that some days seem harder than others, its times like these we benefit from Meditation. I know that a busy life style can seem to leave us no time at all, so we tend to neglect our peace of mind and spirit.
So, how about giving yourself that peace, focus on yourself for half an hour. Meditation and quite contemplation is fantastic for lifting our mood and will also help us see with clarity. Maybe, even answer a few questions we have.
When all is said and done looking after our mind and spirit is a way of showing ourselves unconditional love.

The ancient Chinese martial arts are veiled in mystery.
Each school teaches its own unique approach to the experience of self defence.
Historically, the training methods and applications of the different schools were closely guarded.
