I have been teaching exercise since 1996. In 1999 moved from exercise to music to Pilates and then in 2003 to Yoga. I now teach Hatha Yoga Ashtanga Yoga Yin Yoga Somatic Yoga and Y12SR 6classes and offer one to one tuition in Greater Manchester and the High Peak.
