I have been practising yoga for the past 30 years and teaching for the last 10 years. I teach adults, children and people with mental health problems. I have combinded several styles of yoga that have evolved into a flowing sequence of postures whilst connecting to the breath. This produces a natural flow of energy through the mentally and physically. I currently work with the local education authority teaching 15 and 16 year olds in school and work with women with mental and pysical disabilities, together with my own adult classes. One to one tuition is also available. I have full insurance and CRB checks.

In each lesson we work on a sequence of smooth flowing sequences that will release tension through the body and relax the mind allowing you to completly let go.

If you have problems such as high blood pressure, lower back pain, stress....... help is at hand through the 'Yoga Doctor'. Book a 6 week course and feel the difference.

Mats are provided free of charge for the first 6 weeks and mats and other Yoga equipment can be purchased as and when you need them.

Now available from www.yogapureandsimple.co.uk are a selection of cds produced by the 'Yoga Doctor' to use at home to help with Relaxation Meditation.

It's official, Yoga will help people with depresson, stress and anxiety.

In our class you will learn to take control of your mind, body and breath bringing together all the physical and mental aspects of your being.

You will improve and maintain flexibility and physical strength, learn how to breath correctly and how to deal with times of stress by bringing peace and tranquillity into your life.

We practise Hatha, Ashtanga and Sivinanda yoga style, linked together to produce a smooth flowing sequence of postures designed to use the whole of your body.

Meditation, Relaxation and Yoga Nidra cds and downloads are available to use at home.

If you suffer from or have suffered from back problems, high blood pressure, headaches, asthma, poor posture, panick attacks why not try a course of Yoga classes with Michele 'Yoga Docotor' Dornan. We meet every Tuesday throughout the year and take time out to look after your needs.

Yoga is an excellent form of learning how to use 'Core Stability', which helps to prevent and repair back problems. We work on the physical aspect using smooth flowing yoga postures to release tension from the body and examin breathing techniques that allowing you to gain control of your life.

Each lesson concludes with a period of Meditation or Relaxation bringing some peace and tranquillity into your busy life.

It's a fact yoga can help with depression and stress by using the body to release pysical tension and the mind to overcome depression by boosting a chemical GABA, which is essention for a relaxed mind.

We meet every Monday and work on the physical aspects of Yoga using a smooth flowing sequence of postures to release tension from the muscles. Incorporated into each class is 'Core Stability', which will help prevent and improve injury to backs providing you with inner muscular strength.

We work with the breath and practise exercised that will bring peace and calm into the very core of your being.

Each lesson will conclude with a period of peace and calm by either pracising meditation or Yoga Nidra or a Guided Visulisation Relaxation.

The class is suitable for experienced or new students, men and women.

Meditation and Relaxation Cds are available to continue the practise at home.
