Victoria is a teacher and a student of yoga, dedicated to helping others discover, learn and practice the beautiful techniques and profound wisdom that yoga can enrich our modern lives with.
With more than 10 years experience in various hatha yoga styles, she blends dynamic asana, biomechanical principles, breath work, uplifting yoga philosophy, and relaxation techniques, drawing heavily on the Anusara Universal Principles of Alignment.
Victoria, who is fully insured by British Wheel of Yoga, offers public and private classes in North London.

Absolute Beginners Yoga - Muswell Hill
The benefits of yoga on our bodies, health, emotions and well-being is becoming main-stream knowledge. However, joining a drop-in yoga class which cater for all levels (the kind gyms and fitness normally run) can be an intimidating experience. This is why I have created dedicated 6-week absolute beginners yoga courses, during which the basics will be explained, beginners yoga poses will be introduced gradually, and we will progress from week to week in an intelligent way and supportive environment.
During this 6-week course you will:
Learn the foundations of postures and basic breathing techniques
Strengthen and tone your body
Improve flexiblity and range of motion
Increase energy and zest for life
Decrease stress levels and learn to relax
Be inspired to live with a lighter and more joyful heart

Come join us for some inspiring dynamic yoga classes in the heart of Muswell Hill. Classes draw heavily on Anusara Yoga and its Universal Principles of Alignment and heart-orientated themes.
