yoga one to one
I run one-to-one private yoga and also meditation classes, tailored to the individual, from my home studio in Leigh on sea (near Southend) by arrangement.
Whether you are new to yoga or have experience and wish to deepen your practice, when we work together in this way these one to one sessions will help develop a full ease and comfort in the physical postures, whatever you feel your strengths or limitations may be.
It will also involve becoming more familiar with breath awareness and practices (pranayama) and a real understanding of their effects.
As the postures, breathing and meditation become experienced and understood, there is a natural unfolding of a quiet and a peaceful mind, and with it a new alertness, balance and increased awareness of yourself and all that's around you.
