Yoga for Flexibility, Strength and Relaxation
My yoga classes are suitable for all abilities. Each person is respected as an individual and invited to work at their own pace, meeting their own challenges and using their own strengths. The 60 minute session starts with breathing and centering exercises. This is followed by asanas (posture work)for strength and flexibiltiy. Each session ends with a short relaxation. Personal yoga classes are an incredible way to increase flexibility and strength, yet in a freindly, calm and relaxing atmosphere. Yoga is a holistic approach that aims to strengthen the mind, body and spirit.
