Personal training sessions, focusing on your goals!
I would run a 121 session with you, this would be for an hour and the first session is a consultation including filling out some essential paperwork. You will then participate in a fitness test so I can see what I need to focus on and ensure the programme is bespoke to your goal!
This would be 2-3 times a week, again, depending on what you want. During your sessions you will also need to keep a food diary, so I can monitor your food and fluid intake and change it according to your goals.
I prefer block booking, that way you dedicate your time to exercise as pay as you go, some people do tend to procrastinate so it then takes a lot longer to achieve what you want. As a 'thank-you' I also give the 10th session free!
