    Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki, brought to us the Reiki Precepts and described Reiki as a mental and spiritual improving aid. Using these precepts as a 'how to live' will help us understand; Healing your own spirit is paramount. It is true to say that to heal the physical you must first heal the mental/emotional cause.     History of Tai Chi

    The term Tai Chi Chu’uan translates as "supreme ultimate fist".
    The concept of the Tai Chi appears in both Taoist and Confucian Chinese philosophy, where it represents the fusion of Yin and Yang into a single Ultimate, represented by the Yin / Yang symbol also known as taijitu. Thus, tai chi theory and practice evolved in agreement with many Chinese philosophical principles, including those of Taoism and Confucianism.

    All classical guitar students have the option of signing up for participation in exams offered by the Royal Conservatory of Music. This is a reputable organization, making available a vast repertoire of solo guitar music from the art history periods.
