The Peaceful Warrior workshop 65
22nd September - Birmingham
In this workshop We will explore the martial spirit, the art of being, personal interaction and development though Tai Chi and NLP. If you keep doing what you've always done, you'll keep getting what you've always got. Now is the time to explore change. Learn to blend with life rather than fight against it. Our ability to relax into life reflects our willingness to trust and let go.
Become a Peaceful Warrior
Tai Chi Wisdom at Tai Chi CaledoniaThe 5 Section Yang Style curriculum was devised to enable students to learn the basics of a range of Tai Chi subjects in a shorter amount of time. The first form is an empty hand form and has only 20 movements rather than the 108 of the Traditional Long Form. Students then progress to a Two-Person Applications Form which allows them to understand the purpose of Tai Chi as a Martial Art. next comes Tai Chi sword, fun and elegantly beautiful it is also great to practice the Two-Pweerson Sword Form and enjoy this art with someone else. |

Tai Chi Chuan - What is it?
As I see it, Tai Chi Chuan is:
A martial art,
A philosophy,
A Way of Life.
and where you take it to is up to you.
It starts off as something purely physical, you learn to breath properly, again. You learn to correct things like posture, in all it's aspects. You become aware of how your body works. You learn how to move, on your own and in conjunction with other people, for good and ill.
Unlimited Resources
Every member of School of Everything can add notes, links, videos, images, documents and other things to the site that help people learn or teach a particular subject. If you're learning, you can use it to keep track of your progress in your subjects and all the things that help you learn like useful websites or how-to videos.
If you're teaching, you can share useful resources and advice that you think will help people learn you subjects. You can tag each resource post with one or more subjects, and your posts will appear to other people looking for those subjects.
Don't be shy, say hello. We'd love to hear from you.
